
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
We offer individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These modalities are tailored to address a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, and emotional dysregulation. Sessions are personalized to help you build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

SKILLS GROUPS
We offer 6-week group Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills sessions designed to help individuals build practical skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and coping with stress. These supportive, skills-based groups provide a structured environment to learn and apply core DBT strategies in a collaborative setting.

Our goal is to offer tailored treatment plans that address your unique needs to help you achieve greater emotional stability, and improve your overall well-being. While we do treat many mental health disorders, we do not provide services for severe mental illness (SMI), court ordered evaluations/documents, or long-term disability.
If you are seeking short-term disability or Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork, please note that this paperwork cannot be completed without an established relationship with your psychiatric provider to ensure that it is clinically supported.
